One of the key features of the Easy Safety Cert Gas Certificate software are the automated repeat inspection reminders that allow you to maximise repeat business.
Reminders are emailed directly to you 11 months after the last Gas Safety check. You’re also alerted when you log into your database, all addresses that are due to be checked are listed under ‘Inspections Due’ on the home page of the database.
The auto email tells you the job address, client and date the check is due. This allows you to contact the client and arrange the Gas Safety inspection so you can manage clients, jobs and repeat business in a quick and easy way.
