Multiple Users

One of the unique features of Easy Safety Cert is the option to register multiple users to use the system, at no extra charge.

Once your account is set up all you need to do is add yourself and any Gas Safe registered engineers you wish to use the system.  Each user will receive an app password to enter into the app under App Settings.

The app password ensures all completed certificates, job and client details are automatically downloaded onto your database.  Plus it automatically syncs between each users device.  There’s no need to sync with Dropbox or iCloud, it’s all done automatically.

So, if there’s one of you or 20, in just a just 3 easy steps you can get set up on the Easy Safety Cert system :

1.  Log into your database (clients.easysafetycert.co.uk) with the email & password used to register 

2.  Go to ‘Add Engineer’ and enter your details

 3.  An app password will then be emailed to you, just enter this into the app under ‘App Settings’
